Training can address fire control, firefighter survival, firefighter rescue, rapid intervention crew operations, and preparation for personnel who conduct live-fire training.
Program planning references NFPA 1400, Standard on Fire Service Training, for the requirements applicable to the requested fire-service training and practical evolutions.
Course planning is based on the host facility, fuel package, staffing, water supply, safety plan, student prerequisites, and the California State Fire Training requirements applicable to the requested course.

Live-fire and practical training is planned with the host agency around the facility, local operating procedures, student level, instructor assignments, and required safety controls.
Programs are personally led and delivered by Brent Dubois. Subcontracted instructors are not used.
