Program scope

Programs are organized around the capability the team is assigned to provide, from hazard recognition and site control through technician-level rigging, access, packaging, and movement systems.

Confined-space delivery addresses the specific permit-space hazards, entry procedures, atmospheric monitoring, retrieval systems, communications, and rescue plan used by the organization.

Rope rescue

Awareness through technician training in equipment, knots, anchors, mechanical advantage, lowering, raising, and patient movement.

Rope Rescue Specialist

Advanced system analysis, complex rigging, problem solving, and team operations for experienced technicians.

Confined space

Awareness through technician functions for access, monitoring, ventilation, communications, packaging, and retrieval.

Team development

Operational drills, skills evaluation, instructor support, and program review based on the team’s equipment and procedures.

Delivery

Direct instruction in the operating environment.

International training and consulting includes work with search and rescue teams operating under INSARAG standards, including teams in Dubai and Taiwan. Programs support metric-system use and cross-border delivery without changing the required safety controls or competencies.

Programs are personally led and delivered by Brent Dubois. Subcontracted instructors are not used.
